India’s bestselling compact luxury SUV is about to get a bold makeover and a lot of new tech. Yes, of course we are talking about the all new Audi Q3 2019 edition. It’s the Audi Q3′s sixth anniversary since its release back in 2012, and the car has become a veritable choice for first time luxury car buyers in India. Here is all you need to know about the updated Q3.
All New Audi Q3 Exterior
The new Q3 is now 97mm longer and 25mm wider than the outgoing model. The wheelbase of the vehicle has also increased by 77mm to make the cabin roomier and airy. Audi has increased the aerodynamics of the Audi Q3 Exterior 2019 by cutting the overall height by 5mm.
In terms of looks, the all new Audi Q3 is sportier and more muscular than the current generation. The car sports the company’s new single-frame octagon grille, which features aggressive chrome inserts and stylish LED headlamps. The top end trim of the Q3 will also get the Matrix LED headlights with adaptive high beam. The bumper is also more muscular and features larger side air inlets with liberal use of chrome. The design carries to the back as well, with thoughtful chrome work and LED tail lamps that mimic the front DRLs.

The sporty styling of the car is carried by all new aluminum wheels with size options ranging between 17 and 18 inches. The wheel arches now have contrast black cladding that match the Q3’s under body cladding.
All New Audi Q3 Interior
The cabin is also fully upgraded this time around, featuring a new digital cockpit that reduces the number of buttons and knobs. A new 8.8-inch infotainment system which supports both Android and iOS device pairings and a Bang & Olufsen premium sound system with virtual 3D sound.
Furthermore, the new Q3 comes with two-zone air conditioning, auxiliary heating, heated steering wheel and a panoramic glass sunroof to make your drives even more enjoyable when traversing through different terrains.
All New Audi Q3 Power and Transmission
The new car gets four engines, three petrol variants and one diesel unit. All engine’s can be configured with front-wheel or Audi’s Quattro drive system. All engine’s are now four-cylinder direct injection type with turbocharging enabled. The transmission on new Audi Q3 is a 6-speed manual or 7-speed S-tronic automatic.
The new Audi Q3 also has a set of driver assist features to enhance driving comfort and safety. New additions include adaptive cruise control, traffic jam assist and active lane assist. There is also a new park assist feature that parks the SUV automatically with the help of four 360 degree cameras.
All New Audi Q3 Launch Date
The new Q3 is expected to arrive in India next year. The company is yet to reveal the final pricing of the vehicle for the Indian market, however expect it to be priced as competitively as the outgoing model.
