Customer Satisfaction, Diagnostic & Quality of Repairs ? Ensure high quality is delivered by the workshop (meeting completion deadlines, quality of work, billing) in order to protect the customer's interests. ? Regularly check the quality of work and rectification process by sample checking of Test program 01, 02, 03 & 04 done by quality inspector. ? Clearly diagnose technical faults in the networked electronics section Personnel Management ? Manage, instruct, inform and motivate staff in order to Support the goal of becoming the best service provider based on committed, motivated and well qualified workshop staff. ? Pass on the knowledge and experience to the technical workshop employees by holding regular in-dealer training sessions. ? Supervise the trainees so that they can acquire the systematic vehicle diagnosis procedure Organization ? Ensure optimum workshop loading with adherence to the service core process. Ensure organized workshop operations in line with commercial demands. ? Ensure planning and defining optimum use of space and staffing levels. ? Ensure planning and defining optimum deployment of all technical systems, aids and equipment. ? Advise the Service Manager of all potential for improvement, setting forth proposals and planning for workshop operations in order to achieve corporate goals

Providing end to end Car Insurance Service Handling Customers Query about auto insurance. Providing best solution to the customers against their query about auto insurance. Maintaining Customer track system insurance case wise. Making calls to those customer whose insurance expiry is nearby & give them reminder call to renew it. Quote the customer as per their need & desire. Follow-up with customer as per their convenient time. Claim intimation to insurance company for accidental repair. Fix up the appointment with customers for Insurance Renewal to close the deal

 

Job Profile: Accessories Manager

Merchandise Process ? Develop & follow the system of merchandise sale in co-ordination with the Sales Manager, A/C dept. & security ? Updation of the companies? web site with accessories detail by providing the updated information to IT manager. ? Merchandise stock management. ? Ordering new stock. ? Sales & promotion of merchandise at company events and at new car delivery. Sale of Accessories ? One point contact between showroom & workshop follow-up with the new customers for accessories sales. Forecast the future requirement of accessories and forwarding the request to workshop for order. ? Customer calling and record their feedback. ? Making complete list of accessories along with the code, price & picture for updating company web site & accessories brochure. ? Keep track of the accessories ordered and keep update the respective sales manager by following up with the Parts Manager. ? Revenue generation MIS Reports ? Manage data appropriately and update MIS on monthly volume.

 

Job Profile: AGM Sales

Achieving Financial Targets Assist Director Sales for creating the annual dealership sales forecasts by estimating total vehicle sales, as well as expenses for the new and used vehicle sales. To set realistic sales objectives and action plan for all sales managers with an objective to maximize present as well as long term sales and gross profits. Customer Satisfaction Supervision of all Sales Activities such as Enquiry to Prospecting , Test Drives ,insurance, finance , Contracting and Physical Delivery of vehicle. Constructively handle/ supervise the handling of all customer complaints related to sales department. Understanding and analyzing the Market Environment for all the Luxury Cars. Supervise after Sales calling Managing Sales Staff Review job performance of all sales managers(weekly) Holding Sales meetings. (daily, monthly) Conducting Sales training for improving sales skills, managerial skills, business skills and product knowledge. Assist sales managers in the selling process whenever needed and motivate them for achieving the target. Maintaining Showroom Decorum and ensuring all Sales Managers and remaining staff are working in accordance with the Company?s Guidelines. Daily Report Sending Sales Status Report
