Achieving Financial Targets
Assist Director Sales for creating the annual dealership sales forecasts by estimating total vehicle sales, as well as expenses for the new and used vehicle sales.
To set realistic sales objectives and action plan for all sales managers with an objective to maximize present as well as long term sales and gross profits.
Supervision of all Sales Activities such as Enquiry to Prospecting , Test Drives ,insurance, finance , Contracting and Physical Delivery of vehicle.
Constructively handle/ supervise the handling of all customer complaints related to sales department.
Understanding and analyzing the Market Environment for all the Luxury Cars.
Supervise after Sales calling
Managing Sales Staff
Review job performance of all sales managers(weekly)
Holding Sales meetings. (daily, monthly)
Conducting Sales training for improving sales skills, managerial skills, business skills and product knowledge.
Assist sales managers in the selling process whenever needed and motivate them for achieving the target.
Maintaining Showroom Decorum and ensuring all Sales Managers and remaining staff are working in accordance with the Company?s Guidelines.
