Customer Satisfaction, Diagnostic & Quality of Repairs
? Ensure high quality is delivered by the workshop (meeting completion deadlines, quality of work, billing) in order to protect the customer's interests.
? Regularly check the quality of work and rectification process by sample checking of Test program 01, 02, 03 & 04 done by quality inspector.
? Clearly diagnose technical faults in the networked electronics section
? Manage, instruct, inform and motivate staff in order to Support the goal of becoming the best service provider based on committed, motivated and well qualified workshop staff.
? Pass on the knowledge and experience to the technical workshop employees by holding regular in-dealer training sessions.
? Supervise the trainees so that they can acquire the systematic vehicle diagnosis procedure
? Ensure optimum workshop loading with adherence to the service core process. Ensure organized workshop operations in line with commercial demands.
? Ensure planning and defining optimum use of space and staffing levels.
? Ensure planning and defining optimum deployment of all technical systems, aids and equipment.
? Advise the Service Manager of all potential for improvement, setting forth proposals and planning for workshop operations in order to achieve corporate goals
